Realtor.com has become the first site to disclose information about a home's flood risk and how climate change could increase that risk in the coming decades, potentially signaling a major shift in consumers' access to information about climate threats. The underlying model was led by First Street Foundation and developed by more than 80 of the world’s leading hydrologists, researchers, and data scientists, including from Rhodium Group and the Climate Impact Lab. Rhodium Group and its Climate Impact Lab (CIL) partners provided sea-level rise projections and hurricane storm surge modeling.
